So you see I'm trying to get Emosuke Lv3 and Billy Lv3. The guide says Billy Lv already gives out Billy Buckets, but mine hasn't EVER. It's been a good few days, maybe weeks that I've been doing missions and just getting emo cds or smoke bombs, and it's a little frustrating. To top it off, that mission Billy needs to level is incredibly hard to come across and the few times I've come across it Billy doesn't level c.c;;; So is the Billy Bucket thing a typo or does he really give 'em out at said level? |

He gives them out..getting him to do so is the problem. Keep trying? Ask the village members for help, I saw one of the villagers donating one to another way, way back. |
