Personality: FAG-FAG-BRIGHT COLORS! That's how I describe him in three words. He's super Californian Queen. Loves boys and shopping and all that jazz. He's pretty lazy, hence the no muscles, and doesn't like to walk most of the time. Lucky for him he has a he has a Pokémon he can ride. Though he doesn't like to walk, he does like to adventure and see new things.

He's addicted to opiates. That's the worst thing about him really. Well it's what screws him over the most. He takes about 12 pills a day and that's very expensive. He usually finds himself out of money or low on it and not able to spend it on necessities. That's what drove him to Team Rocket. They provide for you. They give you what you need to live on. As long as you serve them well that is. Besides the addiction, other bad things about him is his obsessive habits and that he lies way to much. He's pretty dare-devilish as long it doesn't involve moving. If he weren't lazy he'd be jumping off bridges and snorting goldfish.

Proficiency: Each character can pick one (permanent) proficiency at creation, chosen from the four better detailed in this post. It's a permanent decision, but they're all useful and don't have TOO drastic effects, and therefore won't have nearly as much effect as heavily-upgraded team bonii.

Biography: Not strictly required, but we do recommend that you fill one out at some point. One entirely valid approach is to start with essentially a blank slate and fill it in as you RP, but you're welcome to start out with a 400-paragraph monstrosity or a token three sentence explanation of why they can't remember anything thanks to a tragic accident involving a zebra and a midget two hours before you mysteriously landed in Althea astride Arceus or whatever the hell that fruity fuck is named.

This is pretty much the most important part of the registration except for personality, so find a really good post. It doesn't have to be about this character and there is no absolute minimum, but if there wasn't a fair bit of effort put into it, it's going to get denied pretty damn fast.

Statistics: Not complicated; 1XP = 1 stat point. You start with 10HP free, but can add as much extra as you want, and it is highly advised that you get some of pretty much everything else
Moves: A bit more complicated, but not too bad. You'll probably want to check this post to double-check your work, but that post describes the process much better than I can here. SO GO READ IT.
