Species Description Ithli is a psychic parasite that spontaneously generates in places where high levels of psychic energy have been recently used. In sunlight, it's invisible to those without psychic powers, and feeds by latching onto a person or Pokémon's head and eating their thoughts. Depending on how hungry the Ithli is, this can make the person act a little more retarded than normal, or turn them into a drooling zombie for the duration of the feeding.
