Yes. New plot, revamped systems. Cbox is locked to discourage spam attacks, register your character - shouldn't be hard, rules got simplified a bit - and I'll set up your cbox account. |

well really, it's because you already have a just-about-finished character and have had it for HOW MANY FUCKING MONTHS NOW and could have it done in three minutes if you just changed 'elite' to 'field agent' but no. well that and you don't spam, but mostly the done thing |
