¤ Other Info ¤
Spoiler: click to toggle Personality: To put it into a few words: passive until angered. Bor tends to be one of those people that take their job very seriously and any untrustworthy actions will pretty much ruin one's chance of befriending him. This makes Bor a very good interrogator. Bor has a knack for weeding out the liars and fakers and the traitors and such, and this was what drove him to join Team Rocket. To him, every organization has its own ideals and motives, and he honestly doesn't care how they are run, but there's always a few people that are secretly trying to destroy or change those motives, and he feels it's his job to stop those people from doing that. Just like any normal person, people can turn on and off their patience at will; if he wants to be patient, he will, and if he wants to lose it quickly, he will. Around newcomers and enemies (yes, he puts them in the same classification), his first and primary objective is to study patterns in movement, style, and such to deem worthiness. If they aren't worthy, he will either express serious distaste if it's a newcomer and practically shun them, and if they are an enemy, he will pretty much destroy them. Worthiness generally means either a good fight or an acceptance, but not much more. Toward his Dragonair, Aeolus, he is sort of gruff, but since that's just how he is, it's not anything unusual. He does make sure that his Pokémon are taken care of if injured though.
Talents/Flaws:
Talents: Good interrogator.
Flaws: Very untrustworthy towards newcomers and even some experienced Arachnos members.
Likes: Respect, his Dragonair, mythology and lore
Dislikes: Disrespect in any form, birds
Known Family: None.
Dream: He doesn't have a set dream; instead, he makes things up as he goes along. However, he does try to stabilize organizations he joins and is hell-bent on removing corruption from those organizations.
¤ Battle Info ¤
Spoiler: click to toggle Fighting Style: Bor's main strategy lies in long-ranged attacks and multiple elements. He utilizes a minimal amount of Pokémon with a multitude of different types of moves so that he can trump several types efficiently. Once in close combat, he usually tends to have his Pokémon dodge and run until he's able to get them back to long range. Whenever there is an attack coming toward one of Bor's Pokémon, he follows a few simple rules: if it's long-range, and he has a type that can trump the attack, he will fire an attack straight at the attack coming and overpower it. If he has no stronger move or no trumping type, he will have his Pokémon dodge. If the attack is close range, he will have his Pokémon dodge, preferrably backwards if it's possible without getting hit.

¤ Biography ¤
Spoiler: click to toggle Biography: Bor stared out the small porthole that his room had. The ship ride was long, annoying, and extremely uneventful. The higher-ups said that he was going on a luxurious cruise to an island where there were elite Team Rocket members, as a "promotion". Bullshit. He knew what this was; it was those damned corrupt bastards getting rid of him because one of their operatives was being a dick and destroyed his arm. Bor stormed around his small room and threw around a bunch of random things; the complementary coffee bowl that didn't come with coffee, a few pillows, the towel shaped like a seal. It was minor compared to his usual explosions, but of course, it was only a minor problem. If these former teammates of his were right, he would enjoy these comrades more.
He wasn't always like this, though. Actually, at one point, he was probably more fun to be around than any Team Rocket member on the mainland. Of course, he was a kid more than an adult in heart as well; he played around with teammates, he was headstrong and slow to change his mind. Sometimes he would piss off a few people, but generally he was pretty cool with everyone. However, he pissed off the wrong person, and he paid the price.
He had been working for Team Rocket for about three years now, trying to get rid of the corrupt people and working his way up. He had just completed a mission, and recieved a new one, one that probably would rank him up if he completed it successfully. You see, Team Rocket was dealing underground with an arms depot. The GM of this depot was ready to pay big if the TR scientists could build a laser strong enough to burn through steel. However, the scientists had a little trouble with creating a laser that powerful, so the GM revoked the deal. This deal was going to make Team Rocket millions, and having it just fall out was not the plan. The mission was simple: show the GM why he doesn't cut off Team Rocket, and more importantly, get the deal back on.
Bor was with two other members; a demolitionist and a techie. He wasn't sure why the demolitionist was there, and he found it annoying after a while. Being the young headstrong SOB he was, he was frustrated at the demolitionist; he was annoying Bor with his stupid "I blow shit up for a living so I'm better than you" speech. Bor had had enough of his useless crap. He said a few words and hurt the poor baby's feelings; you know the arrogant, stuck-up type. Remember this, because it's important.
Bor and his comrades soon reached their destination; the arms depot. It was small, made of wood, and fit better in the forest. Of course, this makes fire a bad thing. Remember this as well. Bor was big on following rules strictly as given, whereas the demolitionist wasn't big on that. The dumbass decided to break one of the windows to throw a couple of frag grenades in, while he was opening the door. When frag grenades meet gunpowder, it doesn't end well. The right side of the depot exploded, and Bor suffered serious burns on his left arm.
When they returned to headquarters, Bor was treated, and given a brace to limit his arm's movement. However, since he was wasting space, he just became a liability. It's not like he was any different; he was more than capable of continuing missions, but his arm showed no signs of recovering. Instead, they sent him on a boat to join Arachnos on an island known as Althea.
Now, he is an accomplished Field Agent, proving that he can do his job even with a messed-up arm. However, after that incident, there was no way he was going to be that open with anybody; he was going to make sure that none of that bullshit happens again.

Spoiler: click to toggle Arkalla looked at the bat that Taliat just dropped by a shed, and smiled. A bat was much more effective in Arkalla's opinion; unlimited ammo, hard to break, and doesn't require much strength to hurt. He yelled out to Taliat as he walked away. "Hey, can I have the bat? Sorry Clothos, but I don't think I can aim well enough to use that." Taliat nodded and Arkalla dropped the crossbow in favor of the metal bat. Oh yes.
Calling Typhon, Arkalla then began looking around for stray Pokeballs. There were a few on the ground, but not many since there were so many in the sheds. After a while of grabbing Pokeball after Pokeball, Taliat came over with an armful of Pokeballs in his hand, and looked like he wasn't going to be able to carry anymore. However, Judith began searching around for Pokeballs with Typhon, and as they rolled them over to Arkalla, his hands began filling up as well. Each one he picked up, he minimized and set them in his hands.
After a while, he couldn't use his hands, so Typhon started picking them up with his mouth, and placing them on top of the others. Jill then said, "See how many of these you can fill up, and then strap them on wherever, as long as it doesn't impede your movement Easier to carry them this way." Arkalla looked over to see what she was talking about, and saw the belts. Each one looked like it could hold eight or so in it, and didn't seem to be very heavy or cumbersome, so he put down the Pokeballs on the ground, telling Typhon to keep them from rolling away, and grabbed four of the belts. When Arkalla came back, he tossed two of the belts at Taliat's feet so he could fill them up, and took the remaining two over to Typhon. At this point, Judith had went back to Taliat to help him out, while Typhon struggled to keep the Pokeballs from rolling away. Arkalla smiled and chuckled a bit, saying, "Thanks, Typhon. Have I ever told you that I couldn't have a better partner?"
Typhon was told to keep the Pokeballs from rolling away. It seemed easy enough; as long as Typhon stared real hard at them, they would be frozen in fear right? Wrong. The Pokeballs started rolling away faster than he thought, and he started sprinting all over the place, trying to keep them from rolling. You would think that if we were on a flat, level ground, the Pokeballs wouldn't roll away, right? Or were we not on level ground? Why am I so hungry? What did I have for dinner before here? How long ago was breakfast? Have we had breakfast? These random questions plagued him as he continued stopping Pokeball after Pokeball from straying. Finally, after what seemed like forever, his buddy came back with giant belts, and smiled at him. Typhon smiled back; his buddy's smile is always warm and fuzzy, at least when he's not going insane. He began taking the balls that were rolling around in his mouth and just gave them to his buddy as he filled up the belts.
Arkalla, putting the last ball into a belt slot, took a look at the belts. There was a dazzling array of red and white on the black of them, which wouldn't make it any easier to hide. Holding one on his left side, he slipped the belt on very much like a gunner would a giant clip of machine gun bullets. He did the same with the other belt, forming a cross-style. He looked like a circus dude with red and white lights flashing on his body, but it wouldn't make him any slower, so he didn't really care. Letting Typhon jump on his shoulder, he looked at Jill. "Alright, I'm ready. What do you want me to do now?"

Spoiler: click to toggle Species: Extra Information: Aeolus is a very calm, open-minded Pokémon. He uses the things around him to symbolize things; this is mainly used to give advice to Bor when he asks. He is smart, but can't communicate as well as psychics or ghosts, and so sometimes is misunderstood. His fighting style is usually slithering side to side, like a sidewinder but looking forward. This is to dodge any quick attacks. Once he is ready to attack, depending on the type of move, he will either slither quickly to the opponent or stop, prop himself up, and fire. When Bor found him, he already had his three moves as a Dratini, one of which goes against Bor's traditional strategy, but Aeolus uses Thunder Wave and Agility as a combo known as the Lightning Roar, and generally uses it as a quick paralysis technique that is a lot more accurate than just Thunder Wave alone.
