Meaning: IRL, it's short for Endymion, the man who fell in love with the moon. ICL, it just sounded cool and the teenaged Endy liked it.

Eyes: Brown. His eyes are very expressive, when he's not in battle. When he is, they become cold, every move checked and counter-checked, all strategies planned out ahead of time.
Hair: Brown, same style as Ringo Starr in the '60s.
Skin: For an island-dweller, he's extremely pale. He doesn't get out much.
Clothes: Arachnos uniform, or, failing that, jeans and white T-Shirt.
Physique: Endy is somewhat lanky, his arms longer than average for his height, and the muscle-mass on his body doesn't add much to his 'bulk'.

Other: Endy has a fully-developed "Evil Goatee", and maintains it as best as he can.

Personality: It's an odd thing that Endy is part of Arachnos, but he realized that he can reach whatever goals he might come up with much faster if he works with them, rather than against them. That is, at least until he changes his mind. He is quietly looking for a direction in life, and Pokémon battles are a solid foundation to work from. He is not "driven", but simply goes through life on an even path. The Arachnos have a goal, and while some of them are the exact kind of people he dislikes most, the fact that some are not, and yet are not like him intrigues him. He fills notebooks with his 'observations', both about individuals and "people" in general. Some are piercingly accurate, others seem like the ravings of a socially maladjusted teenager. These same notebooks are filled with lists of numbers, graphs, charts, even small scribbled maps, detailing Pokémon strategies. He is curious about the world around him, and sometimes will wander around aimlessly, even if he's supposed to be on duty. As a part of his lack of drive, his own evanescent goals are more important to him than the overarching goal of Arachnos. Any discipline will be met with a stoic expression, most likely punctuated with a simple comment of "So, am I fired?"

Talents/Flaws: By his nature, he's a strategist, and this reflects itself in battle. Rather than 'out-fighting' the enemy, he is more likely to out-think them. The direct approach seems too obvious to him, and in all but the rarest cases he will try something he has planned, but may seem outlandish. This is also a minor flaw - sometimes the direct approach is the fastest. His notebooks, if found, could be a major flaw - the number of people he comments on only to insult them is staggering, and he could probably be kicked out of Arachnos for his 'insolence'. This goes doubly for his battle technique, because while his mind is powerful, his memory is not photographic. In regard to severe flaws, he may simply call back his Pokémon and walk away from a battle if he becomes bored. He also deals with people only on a surface level, and very rarely gets close.

Likes: Honestly, he likes Pokémon battles - it may seem boring, but it is true. Thinking about them, planning them, being in them, it is the one part of his life that gives him a solid foundation. He also reads classic science fiction novels, and a few comic books.

Dislikes: The biggest thing that Endy dislikes is extremely passionate people. This does not mean "romantic passion" alone, but actually anyone who is driven to some sort of goal forsaking all else. He envies them, and has no interest in dealing with them. He also dislikes that which is "popular" on principle, though he may change his mind about these on an individual basis. This is why he joined Arachnos.

Known Family: Endy has no idea where his parents are anymore. He joined Arachnos and since has not seen or heard from them. They should be in one of the smaller islands of the Orange Archipelago, retired, but he neither knows nor cares.

Dream: Currently, the only dream is to find a goal in his life.

Fighting Style: As said in the above section, Endy does all he can to avoid the obvious tactics, preferring to use the unorthodox. Expect a great deal of terrain use, movement, and distraction, as well as use of unusual hit zones. True to his general nature, he doesn't speak very much, a single word being enough to give his Pokémon what would be the equivalent of a set of complex instructions. He will often seem disconnected from the action as a whole, turning the situation over and over in his head.

Proficiency: Domineering

Biography: Endy was born and grew up in reasonable conditions, on Mandarin Island North of the Orange Archipelago. His life has always been about escaping, though he's never known what exactly he's escaping from. A mild onset of depression at 14 was devastating as he could no longer even get the energy for his escapist fantasies. His parents and teachers, convinced it was "just a phase", ignored these symptoms completely. If it was originally a phase, their treatment of the situation made things worse, and he ran away a few weeks after his 17th birthday with his Bulbasaur and joined team Arachnos (who noticed his tactical skill), as yet another way to escape from his life. He has since then served among the ranks without too much trouble.

Extra Information: Like many male Bulbasaurs, Endy's is thick-headed. Yet, beneath that lies a very playful monster, eager to please the person who cares for him. His only goal in life is the protection of the people he cares for - Endy especially.
