How now? Acerbus's sig is now darker overall, is only 550 pixels wide, and has more distinct text. ~EDIT 4~ Averna's sig is ALSO now 550px wide, darker overall, and has more distinct text. Edited by Pig_catapult, Jun 16 2009, 08:09:23 PM.

meh. you have a lot of white space. and when i say white space i mean the giant gap in the middle of the picture. The problem with these signatures that I have is that you guys are trying to relay a message with both pictures and wild crazy colored text. I know im the professional here, so im harsh all teh time, but its really hard for me to read the text, come out of my seizure with teh wildness of the contrasting colors, and look at the background at the same time. my suggestion would be to tackle the message either one of two ways. with a vibrant picture, that is force cropped, and have a small amount of text OR have the image in plain sight, tone down the wildness of the colors and thats it. no text, no stupid photoshop filters. nothing. the message is done. simple and easy to understand. hit me up on my msn if you want some more guidance. |

What's force-cropping? o.o? I wanted to have some white space in the middle on all of them because I want to hint that it's actually two images stacked on top of each other, with two links, which is also kind of why I have the text in the first place, and I'm not really sure how to crop that image without losing that spread of the candles, ya know?

you can zoom in and crop it so the candles are still there....you dont need the ENTIRE thing to have people know they are candles |
