Meaning: Arkalla refers to a myth. The myth was of the true name of Death, which was, according to the myth, Zasalamel. He wielded a scythe which was known as Irkalla. Arkalla's name is a rendition on the scythe's name.

Clothes: Always some sort of collared and buttoned shirt over a white T, unbuttoned, and shorts either dark or light depending on the lightness or darkness of his shirt, same with shoes.

Other: He wears a pearl earring on his left ear. He has a huge scar across the chest from a mock sword fight gone awry.

Personality: Arkalla is generally a nice guy around everyone. His personal goals include getting to the top of TR, and finding his father. This is his philosophy: Be nice to people that are nice to you and others, and kill the dumbasses that aren't. Which of course means most people. He is generally much milder around Pokémon, specifically fire Pokémon, than around only trainers, considering he has been around Pokémon all his life. When he gets to know someone, one may notice he has a bit of a passionate spitfire personality that only a young man could really have. However, he always has a hint of rage in his voice, undetectable under normal circumstances, but when he gets really angry, it starts becoming more and more noticable. Arkalla loves fire, and plays with fire all the time. He's become somewhat good at it, and tends to mess around with tricks, trying to find something that works.

Dream: His goal is to kill his father for murdering his mother, and is using Team Rocket's Arachnos faction to track him.

Fighting Style: Arkalla tends to use a highly defensive tactic, which contradicts his choice of Pokémon. His main tactic is to have a quick team, one that moves and jumps around and has a lot of endurance. This team will strike quick and jump back to avoid counterattacks, and attempts dodging every attack with speed. When his Pokémon is hit, he makes sure to tell the active Pokémon to make its counterattack stronger and more powerful than usual. The main source of his attacks come from his team's counterattacks.

Biography: Arkalla Raskin's childhood is a mystery to all but three: Him, his father, and his mother, and one of them is dead. But how did he come to Althea? Well, he took a ferry. The murder of his mother enraged him so much that he went on a blood hunt to find his father, and it brought him to Althea. He knew he couldn't do this himself, so he instead has decided to join the Team Rocket faction Arachnos on the island. He had just joined the Team Rocket faction Burgos about a week before, and he recieved a mission. The mission was simple: someone stole a few Pokémon from the Burgos storehouse, and he bolted to Althea. So the Burgos faction transferred him over to faction Arachnos to carry out the mission. Now he is a grunt and he hopes to become a higher rank so he can access the people profiles and find his father, who he believes is the one who stole the items from Burgos.

Species: Cyndaquil
Extra Information: Nickname is Typhon. Typhon is as hard-headed as his master when he's angry, but generally is clear-headed and quick to react. This Cyndaquil dances around its opponent, taunting and shooting quick Embers at it until it is worn out. The only problem is Typhon gets tired if the battle is too prolonged.
