Actually, if you could make her a bit fluffier, make the eyes a dark - but still noticeable - blue and do the tail-wagging thing, then that'd be great. As for font, I'm thinking something curvy, orange with a black outline, and nothing special unless you feel like doing something. Thanks, Piggy.
