Quests sent directly to trainer's Pokedexes can be seen here. This includes both private and official requests, not to mention the oft-shadier direct requests.

Wireless and and head-to-head Pokemon trading requests and offers can be found here, both from NPCs and other players. One trade per topic, please.

Here, you can enter and edit information about your character, which will be seen whenever you make a trade via Pokedex. If you do not post here, any trades or requests you make will have your trainer name attached to them - here, you can change the name. For example, you could give yourself a codename, or add in information on your trainer's age, sex, and likes that you don't mind showing to anyone you meet via trade/quest.

If you wish to join one of the many player-created organizations in Althea, check this place out. All current player guilds can be browsed, and you can apply for membership. If accepted, the guild leader will invite you to a special user group, which will allow you to see the forums of your guild! The guild must have at least ten members join via Pokedex in order to have a forum appointed to them.

Individuals and organizations from many walks of life place bounties on the heads of various foes, from police-offered bounties on wanted criminals, to private requests and even inter-corporation wars. The life of a bounty hunter is immensely rewarding, but beware - the better you are, the more likely a bounty will eventually be placed on your own head.

It's an ocean. It's wet. What else do you need to know?

North Ione is, predictably, the half of the city on the north side of the waters. The focus on maritime activities has brought the two halves of the town together; in fact, Ione was originally two separate cities. The northern half of the city is heavily industrialized, with pollution spewing from smokestacks everywhere. incidentally, a ferry service is available to take travelers and city dwellers across the water... for a reasonable fee, of course.

The southern half of Ione, this part of the city hosts as many docking facilities and cruise lines as its northern counterpart. The relative proximity to the forest provides a steady stream of campers and hippies, however, as tourists arriving from other regions in search of natural beauty don't have any other spectacular choices for ports.

Shivenia is located halfway up a snowy mountain in the northern most part of Althea. Only those who can stand the cold choose to live there. The only thing that keeps Shivenia on the map is the gym it holds. The towns people are usually nice, but if you do one thing they dislike, they'll give you the cold shoulder. A trail in Shivenia leads to the Cave of Wonders, which can be a very dangerous place.

Although dwarfed by the massive Iselia Forest, Arcairth is fairly large in its own right. Being directly on the path from Shivenia to Ione, Arcairth has become a popular training ground for trainers; most of the more problematic Pokemon have been exterminated, but smaller Pokemon are still common. Due to the popularity of this area, trainer battles are much easier to find than in the depths of Iselia's endless foliage.

The Revetone River is one of the two rivers on Althea. It's the main source of life for Evereste Town, and is sometimes thought of as a magical river. Rumor has it that the spirit of the water mother watches over Revetone, and anyone who does harm to it will pay a terrible price.

Route Seven connects Route Six and Route Eight. It goes over the Revetone River. It is also one of the two smallest Routes on Althea.

Route Eight is one of the bigger routes. After the intersection with Route Seven, it can either go towards Mount Iregna or through the Northern Iselia Forest. After the Northern Iselia Forest it hits North Ione on the Sinep Penninsula.

Built into the side of a mountain, Orepathe is a mining city as certainly as Exire is. Orepathe, however, has more of a rural feel to it; the mines use older techniques due to lack of extra funding, and many of the inhabitants are uncharacteristically friendly for such a large city. As the mining has moved further into the mountains, the focus on "mining town" has lessened; the city is quite modern, with buildings of every size and description anywhere they'll fit.

A large town located within the sprawling Iselia Forest. The only paths in and out of Evereste Town lie through the forest, so it's somewhat secluded. The town was built next to the Revetone River, for survival purposes. Evereste is probably the safest area in all of Althea. It is surrounded by a large forest, and a mountain range. It is considered poor taste to have a Fire-type Pokemon loose in the area, as the threat of a forest fire is a constant threat to the inhabitants.

Auran is the quintessential "friendly, small village," with a population dominated by the elderly and infirm. It was one of the earlier towns formed, but as more and more valuable resources of various types were found inland, it was left behind. Today, Auran has been forgotten by time, and barely qualifies as a city. Its only saving grace is its proximity and ease of access to the sea, a distinction that has kept it alive for some time.

Welridge Town is your everyday quiet, peaceful town. It's quite large thanks to is position as the sole stop in the mountain pass, and has a park near the middle of town. The park has a statue of the founder of Welridge Town, there's even a creek that runs placidly through the park. The weather is usually nice and since everywhere else is more interesting, this town is the perfect place to start a journey!

A titanic structure to the northeast of Welridge, and the home of the bloodiest battles on the continent. The Colosseum is not for the weak of heart, but those who can handle it swear by it - the rewards are colossal for skilled gladiators, and it is by far one of the best training locations to be found. Just don't get too attached to your Pokemon.

An immense forest, covering much of southwest Althea. Bug and bird Pokemon are extremely common, though the biodiversity of the local fauna is astonishing; everything from Skitty to Duskull can be found. Rumors of legendary Pokemon and ancient shrines are plentiful, despite the fact that no one has ever seen either.

A crumbling castle, abandoned eons ago. Recently rediscovered by archaeologists, it is teeming with dangerous Pokemon, including possessed suits of armor. It appears to have lain undisturbed for some time, so there is a strong possibility there are vast amounts of treasure hidden inside the castle. Notice: loss of life and limb incurred by the denizens of the castle is in no way obligates the Althean government to repay you in any way. Enter at your own risk.

Route One extends from South Ione, through the Iselia Forest, and finally hits Welridge Town. Travelers usually take their time on Route One, because it goes through the forest.

Route Two intersects with Route Three and eventually leads to Auran Town. West of Route Two is the Atmos Range and the the East is the Edael River.

Route Six leads from Auran Town to the Route Seven intersection. It then goes through a part of the Iselia forest and ends at Evereste Town.

Though constantly battered by storms and cut off from most of Althea, Exire is worth it's weight in gold - literally. Built atop copious mineral deposits and powered by the very waves that ceaselessly batter the cliffs atop which it sits, Exire is unlikely to lose its current prestige in the near future.

Two posts are required to cross Exire

A large town where tourists tend to flock. The town is full of surfers, because of the large waves that come to the coast. There is also a small bay in Cynor, where you can pay to go to a resort Island. Cynor always seems to be sunny and warm, so it's the perfect place to just lay down and work on a tan.

Only one post is required to cross Cynor

A titanic gash that runs across a sizable portion of the continent of Arakas. It is rumored to have been created in an ancient war between psychics, and the residual psychic energies and plentiful psychic Pokemon in the gorge seem to corroborate the theory. It is, however, dangerous to penetrate; instruments often stop working, and the sheer depth of the gorge makes access difficult without teleportation.

The Edael River is one of the two rivers on Althea. It runs through Routes 3 and 4 and surrounds the eastern section of the Arvada Range. There is an underwater cave located in the mid section of the Edael River.

Route Three goes over the Edael River, then through a small forest. After the forest, it intersects with Route 4. After the intersection, it goes around the Laethon Gorge and hits Exire.

Route Four intersects with Route Five. After the intersection it goes over the Edael River, and eventually hits Orepathe.

Route Five is one of the two smallest routes. It intersects with Route Four and leads up to the tourist town Cynor.
